Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 151, 152, 153, 187, 188, 189, 120(B), 332, 333, 147, 148, 149, 353, 504, 506, 431, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner was identified in the mob of 100 female and 250 male members who had blocked the road in protest of their demand.
Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
