ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 01-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2017 in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No.134 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 394, 411, 413 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., but on the basis of the confessional statement made by one Bablu Jamadar that the petitioner has been roped in in connection with the present case. He further submits that such statement made before the police has no evidentiary value. Furthermore, the petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade.

No.5554 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that there is no recovery of any material from the petitioner and that the petitioner is involved in one another case under Section 498A of the I.P.C., let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Kasba P.S.
