This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and incorporated in para 11 of the case diary would reveal that the victim has not alleged anything against anyone, rather stated that she had love affair with the petitioner and she has voluntarily married with the petitioner. Considering the statement of the victim, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23261 of 2018 (2) dt.20-04-2018 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 254 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
