The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 92 of 2019, registered under Sections 356, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that while informant was talking on his mobile but at that time, two persons came behind him boarding on motorcycle and snatched his mobile. Thereafter, he raised alarm then police came there and apprehended one persons, who disclosed his name as Atal Bihari Bajpai, while one person succeeded to flee away. On search, mobile of the infornmat was recovered from possession of Atal Bihari Bajpai, who also disclosed the name of petitioner, who succeeded to

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not apprehended at the spot rather his name has been disclosed by co-accused, Atal Bihari Bajpai. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 92 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
