Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 337, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of abduction is against owner of cement godown and others.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners are not named in the FIR. Their name has been transpired in the confessional statement of coaccused Lallan Kumar Gupta, who has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.11.2017

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3560 of 2018 (2) dt.18-01-2018 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45396 of 2017 vide Annexure-2. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No. 179 of 2017 arising out of Piri Bazar Police Station Case No. 83 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
