Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation dated 31.08.2024 before Respondent No. 4, i.e. District Land Acquisition Officer, East Champaran, Motihari with respect to his grievances which is pending before the said authority. It is submitted that the said authority may be directed to dispose of the said representation in accordance with law, expeditiously.

3. Learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for NHAI have no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

4. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with direction to Respondent No. 4 to dispose of the said representation of the petitioner expeditiously in accordance with law.

5. The petitioner shall co-operate in the early disposal of the said representation.
