The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 32, 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 20 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from behind the house of petitioner.

It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. Recovery has been made from open place which is accessible to general public. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent of similar nature. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of
