The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
Vide order dated 05.03.2020, the matter was referred to the District Mediation Centre, Araria.
From perusal of the report of the mediator which is at Flag-Q, it appears that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation.
Considering the fact that the dispute between the parties has already been resolved, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69136 of 2019(10) dt.26-07-2022 2/2 learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No. 1504C of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
