Patna High Court CWJC No.16805 of 2024(2) dt.11-11-2024 2/2 Mauza-Kayst Kabai, Circle-Manigachhi, Thana No. 7, District-Darbhanga, appertaining to Khata No. 923, Khesra No.

2231 and 2232, Rakawa 4 decimal and 2 decimal, respectively, which has been recorded as Anawad Sarvsadharan and is used as Rasta by the petitioner and other people of the locality, which has been fully encroached by the Private Respondents, in light of decision taken by the Circle Officer, Manigachhi, DistrictDarbhanga, in Encroachment Case No. 19 of 2020-2021."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Manigachhi, District-Darbhanga, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
