====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-01-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.
The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S.Case No. 437 of 2017 GR No. 7093 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 498A and 504/34 of the Indian penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Submission is that petitioner had married to his own village girl who had fallen love with him so there is no question of demand of any dowry in such situation after lapse of five years and the petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2017. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Vikash Paswan is directed to be released on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4665 of 2018 (2) dt.30-01-2018 2/2 bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 437 of 2017.
