2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bihta P.S. Case No. 597 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by
