2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, total 600 litres of illicit country-made liquor has been recovered from the poultry farm of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated and has got no concern with the alleged recovery. Petitioner is in custody since 24.09.2024 and has got no criminal antecedent of similar nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge, Sheikhpura in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 354 of 2017.
