The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Industrial Area, Vaishali (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 158 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 469, 470, 471, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of committing forgery.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has committed no offence and has been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of co-accused namely Atul Shukla and Anup Mani Tripathi. It has been further submitted that co-accused persons have been granted bail by co-ordinate

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5117 of 2018(3) dt.27-02-2018 2/2 benches of this court vide order dated 20.02.2018 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 4472 of 2018 and Criminal Miscellaneous No. 6795 of 2018, order dated 21.02.2018 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 2740 of 2018 and order dated 27.02.2018 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 7491 of 2018. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 16.10.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Industrial Area (Vaishali Sadar) P.S. Case No. 158 of 2017.
