Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Two bags of postal department were recovered from road side. The bags were containing ballot papers. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has no concern with the said bags or its recovery. The petitioner is a Marketing Executive-cumOffice Assistant in Business Post Centre. He is in custody since 18.12.2017.
