The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Siswan (Chainpur OP) P.S. Case No.180 of 2019, registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 30(a) and 38(B) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 450 pieces of Crazy Romio Whiskey are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner but no forensic evidence has been collected.

It appears that the informant on secret information raided the house of the petitioner and recovered 81 litres of Crazy Romio Whiskey from the house of the petitioner.
