Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No.77 of 2017, registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 25(1-b) a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner moves this application for bail for the second time. Earlier by order dated 20.09.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No.43230 of 2017, the prayer of bail of the petitioner was rejected and the trial court was directed to conclude the trial preferably within a maximum period of one year but without any further development and the period of one year has not yet expired, the petitioner has renewed his prayer of bail and earlier also the prayer of bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit, so

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7580 of 2018(2) dt.21-02-2018 2/2 the prayer of bail of the petitioner stands rejected and he may renew his prayer of bail in view of the observation passed in Cr. Misc. No.43230 of 2017 on 20.09.2017.
