2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 103(1), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per F.I.R. itself, specific accusation is against co-accused Pappu Bind, who is alleged to have thrown son of the informant in the street. These petitioners are only alleged to have pelted stones. Allegation is general and omnibus. Petitioner no. 1 is brother and petitioner no. 2 is father of co-accused Pappu Bind. Petitioners are in custody since 19.08.2025.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st Bhabua, Kaimur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 197 of 2025. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
