JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-12-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumra) P.S. Case No. 223 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 and 40 of Bihar Minerals Prevention of illegal Minerals and Transportation and Storage Rule, 2003.

Prosecution case is that the police seized a truck loaded with stone chips more than the prescribed limit. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that without any measurement police has seized the truck at the spot. He is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above
