Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Itarhi PS Case No.90 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant and others. There is specific allegation of assault against one Jelu Singh on the hands of Sipahi Singh. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Buxar in connection with Itarhi PS Case No.90/19 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
