Patna High Court CWJC No.794 of 2023(2) dt.26-04-2023 2/2 petitioner seeks permission to file a detailed representation before the learned District & Sessions Judge, Patna in support of his claim that no recovery can be made from a retired employee in the light of order dated 20.06.2022 of this Court passed in CWJC No.11189 of 2018. The learned District & Sessions Judge, Patna shall take immediate steps for redressing the grievance of the petitioner in the light of order dated 20.06.2022 passed in CWJC No.11189 of 2018, after arriving at his own satisfaction as to whether the petitioner's case is also covered in terms of the order passed by this Court, not beyond a period of six weeks.
