2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The allegation against the petitioner along with other accused persons is of assaulting the informant and his son and the injury was found to be simple in nature. Petitioner has got two criminal antecedents mentioned in Para 3 of the bail application in which he is on bail.
4. Learned APP for the State has opposes the prayer
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80207 of 2023(2) dt.15-12-2023 2/2 for bail application.
5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of injury is simple, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending/ successor Court in connection with Chhatapur (Rajshwari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 170 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
