The petitioner seeks bail in Bihta P.S. Case No.543 of 2019, registered under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

One stolen Apache motorcycle is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Other stolen articles were also recovered from the house of other accused persons. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the seizure list does not bear the signature of the family member of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 10.06.2019. The petitioner has already remained in jail for six months for recovery of a stolen motorcycle.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
