The petitioner has been in custody since 12.10.2017 in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 284/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears from the narration of the First Information Report that no specific allegation has been attached to the present petitioner (father-in-law of the deceased lady). It is further case of the informant that he along with the said Tuntun Sah was taking the victim girl for further treatment to Patna but, she succumbed to her injuries on the way to Patna.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5793 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 284/2017.
