JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Pirpaiti P. S. Case No. 45 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. petitioner no.1 has assaulted by rod and Sword on the informant, causing injury to him. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties. As a matter of fact, informant and other were playing vulgar songs on the D.J., which were protested by the petitioners and others, due to which, some altercation has taken place, taking advantage of the same, the present case has been lodged.
