Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Chandan (Anandpur) P.S. Case No. 64 of 2014, registered under Sections 395, 397 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no other material against the petitioner except disclosure of his name by the accused person in his confessional statement that too after lapse of one year. The petitioner is in custody since 08.10.2017.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4096 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Chandan (Anandpur) P.S. Case No. 64 of 2014 (G.R. No. 1369 of 2014). This is subject to the condition that one of the bailors must be the close family member of the petitioner and the petitioner shall be present on each and every date before the court below, as and when required, and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the court below on two consecutive dates, without giving any reasonable explanation, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
