Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sanhoulla P. S.Case No. 11/2017, registered under Sections 452, 376/ 511, 341, 323, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is of trying to commit rape upon the daughter of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case has been lodged after delay of two days. It is also submitted that the petitioner has been implicated in this case due to dirty politics of village and the petitioner is in custody since 13.01.2017.

No.4877 of 2018 (3) dt.23-02-2018 2/2 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, Janna @ Janardan Mandal @ Janardhan Mandal @ Janardhan, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Bhagalpur in connection with Sanhaulla P.S.Case No. 11 of 2017.
