The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 232 of 2017, registered under Sections 47, 54 and 57 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation in brief is that 24 bottles of Royal stag containing 750 ml each and 84 bottles of country made liquor containing 180 ml each, total 108 bottles was recovered from outBolero vehicle. The petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, Mukund Baitha, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with
