The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No.270 of 2017, registered for offences alleged under Sections 420, 406 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of false implication of the petitioner by the informant being master and servant. The petitioner was an employee of the informant for about six years and was looking after his shop. The allegation is that during stock verification certain goods were found missing. It is for this reason the present FIR has been lodged against the petitioner alleging that he was unable to explain the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4922 of 2018 (2) dt.02-02-2018 missing items. The total value has been calculated about Rs.10-12 lakhs. Learned counsel submits that there is no material against the petitioner and no article as alleged in the FIR has been recovered from his possession.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge-III-cumA.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No.270 of 2017, subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) Arvind/- U T
