Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 41(i) and 47 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
About 25 cartoons of foreign liquor was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent Petitioners are in custody since 21.11.2017.
Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, on completion of three months of custody, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5194 of 2018 (2) dt.31-01-2018 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Tajpur (Waini) Police Station Case No.381 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
