2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 118(2), 191(2), 109, 329(4), 115(2), 190, 191(3) and 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. All the FIR named accused persons including petitioner assaulted the brother of informant with lathi, iron rod and sword, as a result of which brother of informant died during course of treatment.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that allegation of assault is general and omnibus and no specific overt act has been attributed against this petitioner. Petitioner

5. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 68 of 2025, pending in the Court of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
