The petitioner is in custody in connection with G.R.P. Kiul P.S. Case No.2 of 2018, a case under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Kiul, Lakhisarai. The petitioner was apprehended at the spot along with stolen property at the train. Petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2018. The petitioner has got criminal antecedents. The impugned order would reveal that the learned Sessions Judge has allowed liberty to the petitioner to renew the prayer if the trial is not concluded within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order dated 03.04.2018.
