The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,323,307,337,338,353,427 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act. Considering the fact that there is no substantive allegation against the petitioners, the allegation is general and omnibus of pelting stones against the officials who had seized the tractor, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000 (Twenty Thousand)

No.72107 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2020 2/2 each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Koilwar P.S.Case No. 202 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
