JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Complaint Case No. 55 C2 of 2017, a case under Sections 30(a)/30(d)/32(i)/38(i)/37(b) of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he had taken liquor against the prohibition of law.
Considering the nature of allegation and statement of the petitioner on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Courtbelow where the case is pending in connection with the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5113 of 2018(2) dt.30-01-2018 2/2 aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
