JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Chakia PS Case No. 327 of 2017 registered under Sections 272, 273, 290 of the IPC and Section 30A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is of recovery of 5 litres of country made liquor in the abandoned hut of the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 8.12.2017 with no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Rajendra Dhangar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Special Judge (Excise), Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chakia PS Case No. 327 of 2017.
