25-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in Sheosagar (Baddi) P.S. Case No. 119 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he gave chhura blow in the abdomen of the informant, as a result of which, he fell down and became unconscious. In view of specific allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail.

The prayer for bail stands rejected.
