JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-02-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected by this Court in Cr.Misc. No. 15551 of 2017, vide order dated 19.6.2017 with direction to learned trial court to conclude trial within a period of six months and if not concluded the petitioners were given liberty to renew their prayer for bail. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that trial is pending for examination of I.O. and Doctor and there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial in near future. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a further period of three months.

No.6433 of 2018 (2) dt.08-02-2018 2/2 At the same time, District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police, Madhubani are directed to ensure the presence of the I.O. and Doctor in court on the date fixed, so that the trial be concluded within the said period. The aforesaid direction must be complied in strict sense.
