Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Barari (Semapur) P.S.Case No.252 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 376, 313, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, son of the petitioner no.1 has physical relationship with the informant on the pretext of marriage and later on he refused to marry with her and it is also alleged that the petitioners have given some medicine to her due to which there was miscarriage of her pregnancy .

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68939 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 2019 that they have been falsely implicated in this case because they are father, mother and other relatives of the main accused and the allegation of administering medicine is false and concocted. They are ready to abide by any condition imposed upon them. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJMVth, Katihar in connection with Barari (Semapur) P.S.Case No.252 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition to co-operate in the investigation.
