JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 307/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation of causing fire-arm injury on the abdomen of the informant is against co-accused Kailash Yadav. Allegation against the petitioners is that they had surrounded the deceased. The petitioners are in custody since 08.01.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like
