JUSTICE P. B. BAJANTHRI) 15-02-2024 On 06.07.2022, the following order was passed:- "List this matter after disposal of L.P.A. No. 695 of 2019 arising out of C.W.J.C. No. 9633 of 2016 decided on 27.02.2019.

Issue notice to respondents under both processes, i.e. ordinary as

Patna High Court L.P.A No.1365 of 2019( 4) dt.15-02-2024 2/2 well as registered post with A/D, for which requisites must be filed within a period of two weeks."

2. Today, learned counsel for the appellants, Mr. Rohitabh Das on instruction submitted that L.P.A. No. 695 of 2019 arising out of C.W.J.C. No. 9633 of 2016 was disposed of. Therefore, the present L.P.A. No. 1365 of 2019 may also be disposed of in terms of order in L.P.A. No. 695 of 2019.

3. At this stage, learned counsel for the appellants on instruction submitted that State has preferred petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court against the order passed in L.P.A. No. 695 of 2019. The same is taken note of.

4. Accordingly, present L.P.A. No. 1365 of 2019 stands disposed of.
