2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dev P.S. Case No. 58 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 354(A), 354(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 67(B) of the I.T. Act and Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is said to have misbehaved with the victim girl . The petitioner is in jail since 26.08.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State and learned counsel for the informant oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties,

No.80507 of 2023(3) dt.05-03-2024 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIth-cum-Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO Act, Aurangabad in connection with Dev P.S. Case No. 58 of 2023.
