====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 19-07-2023 Heard Mr. M.N. Parwat, learned Senior Counsel with Mr. Praveen Prabhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. W.A. Khan, learned A.C. to S.C.-25 for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the State submits that the response from the Collector, Siwan has come and as per submissions made by counsel for the State that the Collector of the District Siwan is ready to provide adequate Police protection for measurement of the land in dispute to the petitioner.

3. In the light of the submissions made by learned counsel for the State who received instruction from the office of the Collector in this regard, the petitioner is directed to represent himself before the Collector, District Siwan (respondent no.3) within four weeks from today.

4. The Collector, District Siwan (respondent no.3) is directed to do the needful so that the said measurement of the land of petitioner be completed within eight weeks thereafter.

5. With this direction, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off.
