The petitioner seeks bail in connection with K.Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 312 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the victim is a major girl and the parties have settled their dispute by way a compromise, which is evident from Annexure-3. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 03.03.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68754 of 2019(2) dt.06-11-2019 2/2 case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Purnea, in connection with K. Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 312 of 2019.
