JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Shikarpur P.S.Case No. 370 of 2017 registered under Sections 315, 323, 341 and 506 of the Indian penal Code.

It is contended that the petitioner and wife of the informant are sister-in-laws in relation and this case is lodged after 07 days of the alleged occurrence, and petitioner is a lady and has been implicated due to family dispute.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Sajda Khatoon, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 370 of 2017.
