JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 11-04-2023 A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 4. It is stated in Paragraph '4' thereof that the Board of Directors of the Bihar State Electronics Development Corporation Limited, has in it's 154th meeting held on 27.02.2023 decided to allow the benefit of arrears of payment against 6th Pay Revision for the period 01.04.2007 to 31.12.2015 from it's internal resources. In this connection, approval has been sought for from the administrative department vide letter no. 1248/23 dated 13.03.2023 as contained in Annexure 'B' to the counter affidavit.
In the aforesaid view of the matter, learned counsel
Patna High Court CWJC No.368 of 2023(3) dt.11-04-2023 2/2 for the petitioner does not proceed with this writ application. This writ application has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
