Earlier petitioner's prayer for bail was twice refused by different benches of this Court, lastly on 28.11.2018, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 58159 of 2018 with the direction that the trial court should frame charge immediately and conclude the trial in Sessions Trial No. 606 of 2017/519 of 2017 within a period of nine months.

From the impugned order dated 18.9.2019 it reflects that only doctor and Investigating Officer are to be examined within fifteen days as expected.

In view of the above, prayer for bail of the petitioner, who is in custody since 6.7.2017, is rejected with a direction that the trial court should conclude the trial within six months from the date of receipt of this order.
