JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 20.12.2017, seeks bail in Laheriasarai PS Case No. 525 of 2017 registered under Sections 448, 341, 323, 324 and 307/34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the informant by making prayer in the shop four boys turned up and asked for employment and in the meanwhile one stabbed him and all the four boys were stranger to the informant.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was employee in the shop of the informant, due to dispute regarding payment he has been made accused merely on the basis of confessional statement that he had planned this occurrence. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Abhisek Kumar Sanni @ Abhishek Kumar @ Sanni is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Darbhaga in connection with Laheriasarai PS Case No. 525 of 2017.
