The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That, this writ application is being filed by the petitioner for issuance of an appropriate writ, and/or order/orders,

under Mukhyamantri Saat Nischay Or by any other project of the Government by which the road may be repaired and public in general may be benefited by the road."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Katihar for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
