Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Chhabilapur (Rajgir) P.S. Case No.118 of 2017, registered under Sections 30(a), 30(c) and 30(d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery is from the abandoned house of the petitioner, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.12.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Santosh Tanti @ Santu is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
