The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The allegation is that one loaded revolver is recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 2.9.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. One loaded revolver is said to have been recovered from co-accused Aman Kumar. No arms is alleged to have been recovered from the petitioner. He has been made accused due to mistake of fact. There is no

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (T) P.S. case No.316 of 2019.
