Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Huge quantity of toddy was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on that that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Special Case No. 7693 of 2017 arising out of Khajekalan

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5341 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 P.S.Case No.208 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
